Many researchers said that room temperature is best for storage this SDS running buffer, but others argue. So, I need a solution which one is perfect and why?

For SDS containing buffers, room temperature is preferred as you will get precipitation of SDS at lower temperatures. This is more prominent for the 10x running buffer.
