Hello all,

I am trying to find an online design tool like primer3 which will design primers and probes, but I need to be able to tell it where I want the probe to be. If, for example, I had a SNP at base 600 in my gene, I need to be able to tell the design tool to have my probe span base 600. I've been searching online all day and cannot find a tool which will do this. Does anyone know of one?
