Purification or Reduction of a partially oxidized sample of catechol?

I have a sample of partially oxidized catechol (brown) from which I want to extract only catechol for an experiment. Let me know any simple methods that I can use for this purpose in a laboratory setting.

If there is a way to reduce the oxidized product (which I believe is o-benzoquinone) into catechol before extraction/purification it would be more awesome!
