Terminology, terminology. You need to learn the terminology in order to be able to read the literature. The Poroshell is a column, not an HPLC. Columns can be readily changed on HPLCs; you may, in fact, need to do this at some point (not for this analysis). The method of analysis is HPLC - what you are asking for are called conditions. Do a search on your compounds and look for HPLC conditions for your specific compounds. Learning to ask questions correctly is a large part of the learning process of becoming a chemist.
