I would like your experience regarding the publication of our research projects. As a postgraduate student (Msc) I am required to publish my research project in a peer reviewed journal. However I have difficulty finding a journal willing to publish without fees.
My section of interest is Occupational Therary, Sensory Integration, Developmental Pediatrics, Developmental Disabilities.

I assume that your problem is to publish your dissertation in a peer-review journal. If it is the case, you may need to publish your research in the form of research/journal article(s). This means not as a bulk dissertation, but in the form of research article(s) with limited number of pages. You can find a plenty of free journals to get this done. However, if you need to publish your work as a dissertation, you should not look for journals. Instead, look for an appropriate genuine scholarly publisher. There are many commercial publishers in this nature. Cost of reputed publishers may be high.
Take the list of ISI web of science and Scopus journals. Then filter the information just selecting those journals according to the field of your work, and then with a shorter list, go to each journal homepage to see if there is a fee requested for publication. There are more journals which do not ask for payments compared to payment.
Anyway, your thesis document is not a manuscript suitable in a peer review journal. Perhaps several papers can be prepared from the thesis. And the manuscript preparation and sending to journals must be done in advance to the thesis dissertation.
I agree with comments above. Very first of all, for publishing in a journal, you need to write your manuscript - as per journal's format. By searching appropriately on Scopus, IS web of Science, or impactor factors list 2020 (download from: https://manuscriptlab.com/journals/), you could find journals charging no fee in your domain.
