Rather good method for HPLC analysis of Ascorbic acid is following:
Column X-Bridge Waters C 18, 150x4,6 mm (3,5 μm). T=25 ºС. Total Flow 0,8 mL/min. UV detection at 210 nm, t=12 min. Isocratic gradient: A=15,6g NaH2 PO4 •2H2O in 1L of water (рН=2,5).
