Hi all, I am characterizing certain pathways by using the MCF10A M1-M4 cell series--where M1 is "normal mammary" type, M2 is premalignant, and M3 and M4 are increasingly tumorigenic.

As a matter of good record-keeping, I was wondering if there were any good protein markers that would help me keep track of which cell line is which (i.e. E-cadherin expression or something?).
