Hi all,

last week I performed a WB on my protein samples and after the developing, I stored my PVDF membrane at 4 degrees in a box submerged in TTBS. Just in case I needed again.

Today I took it out from the fridge in order to throw it and I noticed the bands are visible to the naked eye. I thought was really cool but I can't found an explanation.

Can be related to the ECL? I haven't wash the membrane after I developed it, just placed in the box.

I took a picture of the membrane, you can found it attached below.

Any related information would be greatly appreciated.
