It has been a little difficult to wrap my head around the process of this quantitative systematic review procedure. I used PRISMA to create a flow-chart of the 25 studies that met my inclusion criteria. Now as I further analyse the chosen studies, should I use STROBE to delve deeper into the studies and ROBIN-I for my check for publication bias? Or is STROBE not really necessary?
All studies are observational.

Systematic review and meta-analysis have several different guidelines: PRISMA, CONSORT, STROBE, MOOSE, STARD, and SPIRIT.

We used PRISMA and did not use STROBE that seems redundant. It is good to do an assessment of study bias with QUADAS (ver2), ROBINS-I or other methods depending on the nature of your study. Our paper is:

STROBE (together with its topic-specific extensions) is a guide for reporting of results in observational studies. It highlights essential information that should be included in a paper summarising results from such a study but does not provide tools to judge whether a specific issue introduces bias.
STROBE should be understood here as a high-quality cookbook, while risk-of-bias tools such as ROBINS-I or RoB as food critics. One can judge a dish's quality by comparing it to the recipe in a cookbook, but will it be a good review?
In your case, STROBE is not applicable. After data extraction, a careful application of ROBINS will be a good choice. Good luck with your review!
Carrie Oh You use Prisma guidelines for reporting the studies (checklist and prism flow chart) and the ROBIN for appraisal and accessing risk of bias.

One should follow PRISMA guidelines thoroughly for reporting any systematic review and meta analysis. Here, STROBE reporting guidelines are not required.
ROBINS-I tool is used for assessment of risk of bias of included study.
There is two tools for RoB assessment of observational studies. Robins-I (intervention) and Robins-E (exposure). Select as per the needs.
Then, Use Revman tool for synthesis of extracted data and and GRADE tool for certainty of evidance.
