I'm doing my primer standardization and I obtained this results:
Primer 1: Efficiency 140.45// R^2 0.992 // Slope -2.624
Primer 2: Efficiency 123.66// R^2 0.984 // Slope -2.861
Primer 3: Efficiency 123.01// R^2 0.988 // Slope -2.871
Primer 4: Effeciency 104.03// R^2 0.98 // Slope -3.229
Do I try higher temperature? Do I put less DNA?
Please help to understand this data.

Please don't worry about your results. You can easily fix it . You results tell you about difference between real copy number in each dillution and expected copy number that suppose software. I mean: you should be more precise when you prepare dilution series.
