Please note that you must have PURE and DRY DMF for your stock solutions. You cannot use technical DMF (It contains amines and water).

DMF must be colorless. please note follows: DMF is strong unhealthy.

DMSO must be pure (colorless) and dry (water free) and without impurities.

According to the purposes , another scientists used pure and dry ethanol.
