Hello,

I use normal falcon tubes for staining and normal flow cytometry tubes (polypropylene) for acquisition. The only important thing is that your tubes should not have been autoclaved.

I used regular flow tubes for storing blood sample mixed with a fixative (stabilizer). Isolated PBMCs were freezed in cryotubes in MAXPAR PBS after final washing stage.
