Hi,
I was wondering which one of the Pluronic (F-127 or F-108 or F-68 or etc.) I need to use to inhibit cell adhesion on the surface of PDMS microfluidic device? In terms of Biocompatibility with human cells all of the Pluronic are the same?
Any advice would be truly appreciated!

I think the F type pluronics should behave fairly similarly, that said In our lab we typically use F-127 to prevent cell adhesion and haven't had any issues with cytocompatibility. As long as you wash away any excess surfactant shouldn't have any issues.
e.g. 0.5% solution of Pluronics F-127 (45 min at room temperature)

I have also personally used it to coat PDMS molds used for 3D in-vitro culture of human dermal fibroblasts. I think I pre-treated with 1% for about an hour or so.

Joseph de Rutte I am using pluronics F108 to prevent cell adhesion on PDMS. However, recently we have started observing MDA MB 231, A549 and L929 cells attaching on surface even after coating. Any idea why is it happening? Even if the coating is getting washed away, the PDMS surface is quiet hydrophobic.
