The ZnO synthesis generated too many peaks as attached. What can be the possible reason for that?
Sandip, can you explain how you synthesized the ZnO? That would allow us to help you figure out what impurities might be in your sample.
I don't know if you have access to this, but they found very little variation of ZnO lattice parameters with increase Cu concentration: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0921452612001196
I see features that could be du to other oxides such as CuO. As a previous answer indicated, you could find software that does a match between peaks and known samples to help you identify. Without software, you would be limited to looking up other known compounds and comparing their peaks which could be a tedious process.
