Dear Researchers,

I have my samples SnO2 doped with with Cu (1, 2, & 4%). The peak intensity reduces in XRD for 1 and 2%. However, for 4% additional peaks appears which I believe is due to increase in Cu content and possibly a change of phase. But the intensity of one of the peaks (200) shoots up for 4% doped sample in contrary to 1 & 2% where its intensity reduces. What can be possible explanation for the phenomenon?

Also, is there a possibility that SnO2 changed to SnO phase due to higher doping. If so, kindly share some reference papers.

Your expert advice is highly appreciated.
