Hi!

I have been asked (Health & Safety department) to provide a list of possible pathogens that could be grown from healthy human stools as a risk assessment for an upcoming research-creation project. I have been looking online and reading a lot, but most articles relate to sick people, not healthy ones. Or maybe I do not have the right key words?

I am convinced that such a list must exist somewhere, with vectors, infectious dose, virulence factor, treatment and routes of transmission. At least some research involving culturomics or growing bacteria/fungi/yeasts/archea from fresh stool samples would have had to compile such a list for their own Health & Safety lab department...

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much!
