i have been trying to make polymer-MWCNT conductive composite but have not been successful and composite still has high resistance.
do you think the type of polymer matters?
i have increased the CNT% to even 50% of polymer.
i make the composite through solving polymer into solvent and adding CNT.
i appreciate any hint or useful comment.

Polymers are known for their insulating properties. The addition of a certain amount of MWCNT allows to reduce the resistivity of the composite until reaching the percolation limit, but it is necessary that the CNTs are very well dispersed in the polymer matrix. To minimize the presence of CNT aggregates, you can use a sonication process with a frequency and duration adequates.

what kind of polymer are more suitable for this job??
the one i am currently using is a block co-polymer thermoplastic.
I think that depends on the application of the composite. From here, you can find several books, articles, etc., about the dispersion of CNT in a polymer matrix.
