Might be s stupid question but did you load the package after you installed it? 

If not, try library('asbio')

I was thinking the same at first but I download the library and I haven't find the fontion polar.ord in its documentation, so I think it has been remove from the package. May be you can try to contact the author of "asbio" or try to find an older version of it and hope it still work with your actual R version. If not, you may try to install an older version of R for this special purpose.

Mohammed, the version 0.3-40 is pretty old (2011). The most recent version (16. September 2015) is 1.2.5

the polar.ord function was removed. However, you can download the old package from the R archive

be aware that you have to download an older version of R, too
