looks like a bacterial contamination, the microscopic picture is not so good to tell if it is a gram positive or negative bacteria> but from the first picture, the bacteria coming from the plant material so you have to sterilize your plant material good and also you may use antibiotic such as ampicillin 100 ppm in the medium

It's very difficult to tell by eye. However, there is a common bacterium that shows that red pigmentation, Serratia marcescens. But you have to make some tests to be sure about the species.
Serratia marcescens with 90% probability. it became plant pathogenic - infect cucurbits, sunflower, legumes, and can be isolated from cereals.

If the bacteria is gram positive maybe Micrococcus roseus, aerobic
If the bacteria is gram negative maybe Serratia marcescens, facultative anaerobic
Maybe you can identify the physiology microbes first or using molecular analysis
