Plz help me in designing the primers used to quantify the gene expression in heavy oil biodegrading Paenibacillus ehimensis,B.halodurans,B.firmus,B.subtilis and B. licheniformis for ddPCR?? What will be the reference genes used ? is it 16 S gene??
