How can I order reference strains of Acinetobacter sp. ADP1 and P. putida GPo1 in Oman?

I'm currently detecting the AlkB gene in Bacillus strains potent of biodegradation.

I found in an article about the organisms mentioned as the positive controls for PCR using the same primer sets I'm using.

Where can I get these reference strains?
