professional software to plot data and analyse your data can be expensive. With that post, I would like to share some R code which allows to plot and calculate IC50 and Bmax/Kd values of your data for free. Please feel free to use, share or even improve the code.

What are the model estimates (d:(intercept) and e:(intercept)? Does the model give Bmax and Kd or those are determined from the figure?

concerning your second question the applied drc package should allow to estimate the the Bmax, all of my knowledge the Kd should be calculated from the predicted values. For the first question, I am not sure what exactly is going on with d and e intercept.
