Please what are the optimum western blotting conditions for PGC 1 alpha protein from brain ?

Please give me your experience in that

aim in a total need for your advice

I think it is something that varies from lab to lab. You might have to standardize the conditions yourself. Do you have anything specific to ask like transfer time, voltage, antibody concentration etc. Then may be I might give a helpful answer.
