if i can able to detect the transcript cd36 from cells but not from brain tissue .'.expected to have it'. ciuld it have more secondary conformational chnges than from cells?..just IDK
first of all: if its a cell line from the same species, than you should probably find similar genes but always keep in mind, that cancer cells or immortalized cells are not "normal" and can have different expression patterns as well as different other things.
Second: It seems that there is no expression, compared to other tissues, of CD36 - according to https://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000135218-CD36
as mainly all other genes CD36 expression varies among cell types (see attach) but remember that because of changes in environment and manipulations, in-vivo cells don't have the same comportment as in-vitro cells and some gene expression could dramatically change. it gives an idea, but...
you can use the GTEX website (https://gtexportal.org/home/), it's full of interesting tools and data to see or download. you need to be registered but it's free.
