Please suggest me the primer sequences to PCR genotyping of transgenic lines: 1) pWOX5:erGFP, 2) pDR5 rev:GFP, 3) pCYCB1;1:GUS, 4) pQC25:GUS?

I want to confirm the crossing between these Arabidopsis transgenic reporter lines and my mutants of interest. However, I find it difficult to isolate the double homozygous lines.. Can somebody suggest me the primers to PCR genotype these transgenes? If PCR genotyping is not possible/appropriate, can you suggest me some other ways for selection?

Regular PCR can only tell whether a gene is present in the transgenic lines, but it cannot be used to identify homozygous from heterozygous transgenic lines.
