Hello,

I am trying to isolate plasma membrane and cytoplasm to see a specific receptor's expression in each fraction. I will be dissecting tissue from mouse brain and try to determine expression of a receptor by WB. There are a lot of protocols and kits for this. Do you recommend any protocol or kit?
