Hi everyone,

i'm looking for an efficient dye to stain the plasma membranes within an epithelial monolayer (MDCK). I tried the FM1-43 but I haven't been convinced with the result.

I need to have signal-to-noise and membrane-to-cytoplasm ratios good enough to be able to do an automatic segmentation of my images. I also need to stain the contact-free membranes at the edges of the epithelial colony so an anti ZO1 staining wouldn't work.

Anyone has an idea?
