i know that phytoremediation has a lot of processes.
but i would like to know how do i ensure that the rhizosphere contains the contaminants i wish to remove?
secondly, how do i know that the plant i chose can no longer take any more contaminants?

The question is whether you have access to a suitable analysis method? If so, you can measure how much Pb is in the system. Optionally, you can also add a known quantity. PbNO3 is easily soluble. If the capacity is used up, there will be little difference between inlet and outlet. Perhaps the plants will get sick or die if the load becomes too great.

You don't worry about natural contaminants, but you add them yourself. Lead toxicity causes inhibition of ATP production, lipid peroxidation, and DNA damage by over-production of reactive oxygen species. In addition, lead strongly inhibits seed germination, root elongation, seedling development, plant growth, transpiration, chlorophyll production, and water and protein content. So you can monitor some or all of those :)
Hey guys so we got the results of how much pb was remediated but then there was fluctuations between the results. Can someone help me?
