During the transcription process,

we encountered a situation where only PS was transferred

I'm so curious about the solution.

We make a PS solution using 300 mg of Polystyrene and 3 ml of toluene, spin-coating at 60 seconds, 1000 RPM, and separate the film from the substrate using only DI water.
