Hi everyone!

I have a question regarding the time one could storage (or freeze-thaw cycles if possible) Phalloidin Rhodamine diluted in Antibody Dilution Buffer (containing 0.5% Saponin - 2% BSA). We had an issue in the lab and a significant amount of probe got diluted in secondary antibody buffer. For now, is being kept at -20 C but we don't know if it would be correct to use it for later Immunofluorescence experiments. Any suggestions? should we aliquot the stock (1:20 dilution) or just discard it.

Thanks in advance
