Did anybody see anything like this? How can it get to that point despite the alkalinity coming from the lime? Is it possible that it's a natural process?
No karst caves discovered (but who knows?), all layers are limestone, with some faults in them.
High iron concentrations in water and surrounding stone complex, some anhydrite formations present.

Obviously limestone and such low pH doesn't coexist for long.
Perhaps there have been some pyrite that recently became exposed to oxygen and it has oxidised to sulphuric acid.
I do have encountered low pH acid waters in geothermal systems and mine drainages, but have not seen such waters in a limestone environment. You may try to verify your observation, and then try to find out what could be the source of the acidity.

where high iron concentrations in water and surrounding stone complex, some anhydrite formations present. you need to measure Eh parameter accompanied with pH, then the undermentioned plot(Hem,2005) of equilibrium activity of dissolved Iron as a function of Eh and pH can help in interpretation of this environmental phenomenon.

It is possible, If any non sedimentary rock exist below limestone in stratigraphy sequencess in begining of catchment of karst system, low pH of water can be com from geothermal, polotonic, coal and etc. And it is necessary to have sufficent data about catchment geometry.
