I'm currently processing brain samples for TEM microscopy.

Although the protocol is simple, I'm having a few questions about max storage time between the processing steps.

Regarding that between mouse euthanasia, perfusion with PFA and brain removal. followed by glutaraldehyde and Osmium fixation. I was wondering what could be the maximum time the samples could be stored between all these steps.

Could I store them in PFA?

Could I store them in glutaraldehyde for 1 week?, etc...
