In recent weeks, I have suffered from an issue with the SmartLab SE Diffractometer (Rigaku). Last week, I started the equipment as usual and an error appeared; please see the attached figure. I was able to start the diffractometer after two attempts. The equipment worked as expected and without any problem. After that, I shut down the diffractometer as usual.
This week, I tried to start the diffractometer, and the same error message appeared, but I could not start the device (turn on the X-ray tube for measurement). As mentioned in the error message, I reset the error, but without success.
Despite the message error, I believe that it is not an issue on the X-ray tube and/or filament because the device worked on the first attempt (last week).
Does anyone have this issue? Any suggestion?
Note 1: The equipment is connected to a dedicated UPS, and the current/voltage is normal.
Note 2: I contacted Support, but I do not have a schedule for now.
