When NP are synthesized i can see the dosage used but i cannot understand how do they get there.
The math is done based on element concentration (%) or is done based on the amoun of NP synthesized?

if i permorfance an icp-ms and i get the concentration of a metal (Ag: 100 mg/L ) from an AgNP solution. should i do the math based on the 100 mg/L? to do a 50mg/L disolution?
