Hello

I want to do pathway analysis of list of miRNA which are related to multi drug resistance, can you Share any ideas about the suitable tools?

Apart from this you can also find the list of proteins targets related to this miRNA and BLAST it with multi drug resistance protein and select by defining some threshold
