As we study from the previous letrature. The viruses cannot die its only deactivates and when it find its host, than it replicate inside.. As virus is obligate nature.
So if the corona virus only deactivated out side of body . than how this virus is vanished and how can it be controlled in the World. as its prevalence is reduced as compared to previous 3 months...

Viruses don't die: they're not alive. They don't "deactivate" either: they're either
A) infectious (this is bad)
B) not infectious (this is not bad)
And over time, outside of a host, A turns into B. Depending on the virus, this can happen rapidly or slowly.
For SARS-CoV2, the emerging consensus seems to be that surface contamination presents only a minor risk: the virus can survive for multiple days on some surfaces, but you then have to touch those surfaces and rub your fingers in your mouth or eyes to pick up the infection. This can be easily avoided by not poking your fingers in your eyes or mouth on a regular basis.
A far greater risk is presented by contact with virus-infused liquid droplets from an infected person breathing/coughing/sneezing near you: an infected person at peak virus shedding stage practically creates a cloud of infectivity around them, and if you wander over and breathe that cloud for fifteen minutes, you're likely to catch it. This is why social distancing works: the inverse square law applies here, and the risk at two metre separation is thus much, much lower than at less than a metre.
The key thing is that masks work in both of these instances: not to protect the wearer, but to protect everyone else. If someone is infected, and sneezes: without a mask, this contaminates surrounding surfaces, and potentially infects nearby people. With a mask, 90% of the virus is dumped straight into the mask. It's not perfect, but it's a massive drop in onward transmission.
To persist, every viral infection needs the host to infect AT LEAST one more person (R=1). Anything less than that (R1), and it increases exponentially.
With respect to Cov2, the lethality is actually really low, but the infectivity is really high: a virus that kills 50% of people but only manages to infect 1000 people will be far more easily contained than one that kills 0.4% of people, but infects the entire world.
At the moment, we're hovering slightly above 1, in most places, but this is far, far better than an R of 2 or more. It may still be an exponential increase, but if the exponent is really small, it's manageable. It may not be a matter of getting cases to ZERO, but getting cases to a low (if constant) level that health services can cope.
The "deactvation" of a virus means that it is not capable of its only main function: infection of his host cell because those are not present in the environement; in more common therms it is like a car in a parking lot, waiting for its engine to start. Many vira are capable of mantain their capability of infection because of their composition. Coronavira are characterized by an envelope that is highly susceptible to many sanitizing products, UV radiations and more but they can mantain their infectivity for quite long time in the right conditions. Prevenction, sanitization and common sense are good weapons against its spread into the environement, because it has not vanished yet; we can only reduce the probability of coming in contact with it while waiting for an efficient vaccine
