You can work within a pH range of 3 to 5

And first confirm using FTIR if the nanoparticles are getting formed

Make 1 %v/v acetic acid and first check its pH (should be around 2 to 3)

Use 1 % acetic acid for making chitosan solution

Try making tripolyphosphate also in 1 % acetic acid

Then added TPP to CS solution

This should definitely work
