Thanks Nadine, its very useful. Actually i have sown the seeds but once small leaves came out its not growing anymore afterwards, its like they got halted at a fix point, any idea, how can i make them grow. Possibly using nutrient solution may help. one more thing is that i have kept the seeds for germination in dark at 4C for 3 days, hope it was fine.
It looks like you are not growing Arabidopsis on a substrate? You will need to use either soil or an artificial substrate (eg. agar-based), containing nutrients, to get them to grow. What substrate are you using currently? You mention only leaves came out. I assume these are the cotyledons, small round leaflike structures. First leaves will normally appear from the apex between the cotyledons, but plants will need nutrients, water and light to do so.
The link above looked very promising but it doesn't work anymore.
I'm also interested in the conditions for growing Arabidopsis (Col0).
Specifically, I need to know what kind of lighting conditions (wavelengths, intensities, etc) should be optimal or at least standardized/well accepted to support photosynthesis in Arabidopsis.
