I am conducting an exploratory factor analysis with 15 variables and 14 load onto two factors, while one variable only loads on a third factor, which has a marginal eigenvalue of 1.03, while the two major factors have a value of over 4.This specific 3rd factor which loads only one variable, 90% of the variance of the variable is explained by it.

Should I delete this variable and report only two factors? I know implicitly that this particular variable is an outlier, and doesn't particularly belong as a third factor in the model. Can I remove it? Or do I have to undertake CFA for this?
