I am going to perform a flow analysis using ANSYS Fluent Flow, What is the best turbulence model, or On what basis should I select the turbulence model? are there any factors which I need to consider?
Can I find any resources which helps me understand the turbulence modelling?
First of all, you have to define your model ?
and then which type of flow do you used ? (for example:flow past a cylinder or flow in duct). Finally, if you decide all physics of your problem you can find all details about turbulence modelling in ANSYS FLUENT help or COMSOL help etc.

This is not a small matter by any means. I had to educate myself on the topic recently. I can recommend the book by Versteeg and Malalasekera (https://www.amazon.com/Introduction-Computational-Fluid-Dynamics-Finite/dp/0131274988/ref=sr_1_5?crid=V03HL58G9KH5&keywords=computational+fluid+dynamics&qid=1553357748&s=books&sprefix=computat). It provides a digestable first step into the topic.

There are more than 16 turbulence models the basis to select the most probable turbulence model is to know the applications of each turbulence model and i would think is straight forward to find out from any review article. However in order to select the required turbulence model for your interest is to compare the predicted results every trial of using turbulence model( i suggest to use K-epslon at the beginning) with experimental measurements taking into consideration the effect of grid in dependency.

As one said before, there are a lot of turbulence models. It's true, and most of each turbulence model is suitable for each case. But don't worry, as I know, the k-e standard turbulence model is suitable (with certain accuracy) for all flow problems....
