how to design the high frequency transformer for isolated flyback converter on a software (Proteus etc....) and if someone guide about designing smps for multi voltage output, i am really stuck with the design and software simulation some IC's & Switch are found in software and some are not available
what step should be take to overcome these problem

I have few suggestions in the case of Proteus Simulation.
1.
Proteus transfer models are not user friendly. You have to input Inductance instead of Turns ratio. Here is a trick. Np/Ns=SQRT(LP/LS). From this equation you can calculate inductance ratio. So you to pick one inductance value and calculate other.There is a smarter way than this one. But for now it will work.
2.
For MOSFET driving simply use BJT. In my case I designed MOS driver model here in proteus.

i have reviewed your profile i have found you also work on svpwm on matlab, i also design svpwm model simulate the foc model of pmsm but in that id(current) goes to negative,its need to be zero ,can u tell how to tune the pi controller.

how should i design the couple inductor model in Proteus so that i can implement flyback design
You can tune PI controller 2 ways.
1. First tune the Kp keeping Ki to zero, when you see a stable output then tune the KI to get exact output. There are many ways you can tune.
2. This method is more analytical. You need to understand state space model and then derive the Close loop Transfer function from that. From close loop transfer function you can figure out poles zeros and KP,KI.
Left plain pole zeros indicate stable system. For understand this better, watch the 'KatKim show' youtube channel. She is a Professor, created a good playlist on it.
Shuvangkar Das thanks a lot for tuning the controller i also studied that the easy way is to keep ki 0 at start and once the KP is confirmed then we can kind ki=KP/ts
but the thing is i am using cascaded controller type 1 pi controller for current and 2 speed controller for voltage ,,so how how should i keep ki 0 for all these three ?
