Dear Nandini Manickam,

I have tried to isolate nucleus from primary acinar cells. In my opinion douncing or pushing the nuclei through a 30G needle could be efficient for you.

Could you send me your protocol of nuclei isolation from pancreas? For me it is more challenging to isolate nuclei from tissue, because I do not know, how to lyse the tissue without disrupting the nuclei.
