NMR troubleshooting: After a routine shutdown, there is no communication between computer and BSMS unit, says "no communication with BSMS". Both "ii" and "cf" have been executed, which completed successfully, but the issue is unresolved. There are no red lights on the console.

Is there a way to manually reconfigure the ethernet CONNECTION (IP) for the BSMS unit? Any TROUBLESHOOTING suggestions would be nice. Thank you!
