Dear All,
Is it possible for a GPCR to localize in the nucleus in its inactive conformation, even though it is devoid of Nuclear Localisation Signal (NLS)?
This commentary may give you some ideas: New insights into mechanisms of nuclear translocation of G-protein coupled receptors. PMID: 28125336
Thank you all.
