Is this only found in England and does anyone know any more about the syndrome? It involves gastrointestinal symptoms (causing abdominal pain) and cardiac inflammation.

Interesting point! Actually, there are several hospitals in other countries such as the US (in Washington D.C.) that have admitted children with such multisystem hyperinflammatory condition having symptoms of the "Kawasaki disease" and toxic shock syndrome. Symptoms of the disease include fever, rash, eye irritation, swollen lymph nodes and/or swelling of the hands and feet.

It reads that:
"The disease- has been linked to COVID-19 in some children, but the exact cause remains a medical mystery."
But apparently we have to wait until clinical experiments and at least a few publications come out regarding such symptoms to be able to discuss and draw conclusions.
