I have a basic protocol which I used for TRX-fused mutatant protein (although it did not work for me but I got it from a Trx lab)

Here it goes.

1. I tried expressing Trx mutants in Origami DE3/ Shuffle T7 cells

2. Grow cells untill OD 0.6 in LB (with antibiotic) and 2% Glucose

3. Incubate on ice for 30 mins (induces cold shock proteins)

4. Induce with 100uM IPTG

5. shake O/N at 16-18 degrees...
