I am using Agilent 1290 Infinity HPLC instrument for my analysis. While generating reports, for few of my samples results going blank. But the peaks generated are perfect and area was calculated with proper integration from the calibration method developed. Anyone here faced similar problem? and if there is any solution to overcome this issue please help. Thanks
If no quantitative info appears for a given peak ID line, it usually means that the peak was not identified from your calibration table. Review your actual analysis method, the calibration table, the windows (% or RT values) used to identify the calibrated peaks. The system is only doing what YOU told it to do. If it does not ID something, it is because of the choices you made which make up the method.

Changes of retention time is a major reason for no identification. If you are sure about the compound, you can use manual settings for the identification and labeling.
If you are working with Chemstation software, you can manually change the retention time in the calibration table to identify your compound. To do this, you have to enter the retention of the peak (unknown) of the sample to the calibration table. Then, integrate the result. Then, the compound ID (need to be appeared) is appeared in the output table and chromatogram of the report.
