Multiplex, on mouse tissues. Secondary antibodies

I have been trying the multiplexing protocol, for some trials on mouse tissues samples, but I still struggle with the secondary antibodies. Which ones would you recommend?

Hi Almudena, I would recommend secondary's from Jackson labs. They have been immunodepleted.

For a multiplexing IHC staining is there any step which I can do O/N? Is the 1000W microwave that important?

I am trying a multiplexing IHC, and we don't have any microwave stronger than 800W, and I am not sure if this could be an issue. Also, is it possible to do any of the steps Overnight? Thanks
