I have always used the Blades low profile Feather Disposable Microtome Blade S35 for sectioning and cryosectioning but it seems Thermo has also this Blades low profile MX35 Ultra, has anyone used them? are they as good?
Thanks for any comments
we use Feather Blade S35 and why you want to change this?
I have been checking prices and the Thermo blades are cheaper.
well this must be a mainly cause......
Did you try the thermo blades? looking at the same now, the S35's are fairly costly, thanks
In my opinion the S35 are better. But if you want to try on your samples, maybe you can get some free samples from Thermo.
I need to find a good antibody for T memory cells for IHC, and was wondering if anyone had found a suitable candidate for this.
