For a multiplexing IHC staining is there any step which I can do O/N? Is the 1000W microwave that important?

Did you try the thermo blades? looking at the same now, the S35's are fairly costly, thanks

In my opinion the S35 are better. But if you want to try on your samples, maybe you can get some free samples from Thermo.
