Multi-layer simulation in ADS ?

Hello, guys!

Recently I am trying to design a high frequency circuit on a 4-layer board. However, I will only use the first two layers to plot the circuit and do the simulation. How can I setup the substrate correctly in ADS in order to finally get the same results from fabrication measurement?

Hope anyone with relevant experience can give a hint or help.
